Ordaily is an AI executive assistant that runs your admin from WhatsApp. It reads and triages your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, guards your calendar, books and briefs your meetings, and sends a daily briefing by message (or a voice note on Premium) and never acts without your approval. Ordaily sits on top of the tools you already use, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Fireflies. A Microsoft sign-in exists, but it requests no mail and no calendar access, so Outlook email and Microsoft Calendar are not read, drafted or managed. Powered by Claude and ElevenLabs, a verified Google Workspace app, POPIA-compliant and hosted in Johannesburg, Ordaily was built solo by 19-year-old founder Josh Mac Donald in Cape Town. ordaily.ai

Founder bio
Josh Mac Donald is the 19-year-old founder of Ordaily, an AI executive assistant he built solo in Cape Town. He started Ordaily on a simple observation: the founders around him already ran their day from WhatsApp, so the assistant should live there too, not in yet another dashboard.
