The WhatsApp AI assistant, built for South Africa

Ordaily is an AI executive assistant that lives on WhatsApp, built and hosted in South Africa. It reads and triages your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, guards your calendar and briefs you every morning (by message or voice note, both ways) and it never acts without your approval. No new dashboard to learn, no app to install: you message it the way you message anyone else.

Why WhatsApp is the right home for an AI assistant

South African founders and executives already run half their business from WhatsApp. The average professional is interrupted 275 times a day and spends about 28% of the working week just reading and answering email. The last thing that day needs is another tab to check. WhatsApp is already open on your phone; putting your assistant there means it reaches you where you already are, and you reply in seconds, by message or by voice note.

On WhatsApp

What Ordaily does

Inbox triage

Sorts your email into Urgent, Priority and Follow-up, and pings you only when something genuinely needs you.

Drafts in your voice

Writes replies the way you write, and sends nothing without your approval.

Calendar & meetings

Books meetings, and turns meeting transcripts into summaries, action items and follow-up drafts.

A daily briefing at 06:45

Your schedule, your inbox and what actually needs you, as a message or a voice note.

Voice notes both ways

Talk to it; it talks back. Reply by message or by voice, whichever is faster in the moment.

Approval on everything

Nothing is ever sent or scheduled without your yes, and you can disconnect any tool at any time.

Built and hosted in South Africa

Ordaily is built solo in Cape Town and hosted in Johannesburg. WhatsApp delivery and AI processing involve international providers, as set out in the privacy policy. It is POPIA-compliant, encrypted in transit and at rest, undergoing independent security assessment (Google CASA), and your content is never used to train any AI model. It is powered by Claude and ElevenLabs.

What it connects to

Ordaily sits on top of the tools you already run: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Outlook and Fireflies on every plan, with Microsoft Calendar coming soon. Google and Microsoft connect directly; Fireflies links through a secure OAuth handshake you approve. More connectors are on the way.

Questions

Is it really just WhatsApp?
Two-way WhatsApp (messages and voice notes) is the core interface. There is also a full web dashboard if you want it, but you never have to open it.
Is my data safe?
Yes. POPIA-compliant, hosted in Johannesburg, encrypted in transit and at rest, undergoing independent security assessment (Google CASA), and never used to train any model. You approve every send and can disconnect any tool at any time.
How is this different from a chatbot?
Ordaily is connected to your actual email, calendar and business tools, and it acts on them, with your approval. It is not a standalone chat window.
What does it cost?
Launch pricing, locked for 12 months: Standard R999/mo, Premium R2,500/mo, Enterprise R4,999/mo (standard rates R1,500 / R3,500 / R7,500 thereafter). Billed in ZAR; a USD guide of $60 / $150 / $275 is shown for reference.

Illustrative: a founder like “Karabo Nkosi” gets a 06:45 WhatsApp briefing, replies “draft a yes to the Westpoint meeting”, approves the draft, and moves on, all without opening a laptop. (Illustrative persona; not a real account.)
